Reporting into the CEO, you will lead the design and delivery of a modern, integrated workforce and OD strategy. This is a highly visible role, working closely with executive stakeholders to drive cultural change, improve performance, and embed a people-first approach across the organisation.</p>

<p><strong>You will:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Lead organisation-wide HR and OD initiatives aligned to strategic priorities</li>
	<li>Provide strategic advice on OD initiatives and strategic change management, using workforce data to inform decision-making and planning.</li>
	<li>Design and implement performance management, workforce planning and development frameworks</li>
	<li>Drive staff engagement, culture and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
	<li>Provide expert advice, challenge and coaching at Board and executive level</li>
	<li>Complex case oversight, including both NHS Medical &amp; Dental, Agenda for Change (AfC) and non AfC terms and conditions cases.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management and legal compliance with employment law.</li>
	<li>Lead workforce planning, recruitment (including controls) and retention planning</li>
	<li>Co-design and deliver within respective areas cutting-edge OD interventions to support necessary organisational and service developments, in an inclusive way which builds understanding and capability, which have a significant impact on teams.</li>

<p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing</strong></p>

<p>You will take ownership of a range of administrative and coordination activities that support the smooth running of the HR function. This will include reorganising HR folders and employee files to ensure records are accurate, organised and up to date, as well as uploading key documentation to the HR system to improve employee and manager self-service.</p>

<p>You will support the creation and maintenance of a central HR contacts directory, ensuring key information across areas such as benefits, payroll, recruitment and training is easily accessible. You will also audit new starter and leaver records, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.</p>

<p>Working closely with IT, you will contribute to improving digital HR processes, including supporting the development of electronic forms. Alongside this, you will provide ad-hoc recruitment support, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and agencies, and assist in the production of total reward statements.</p>

<p><strong>What they&rsquo;re looking for</strong></p>

<p>They are looking for someone with previous HR administrative experience who understands how an HR function operates and enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment. You will be confident using HR systems, ATS platforms or databases, and comfortable picking up new systems quickly to be able to add value to the HR function.</p>

<p>Attention to detail is critical in this role. You will take pride in producing accurate work and maintaining high standards, particularly when handling sensitive employee data. You will be well organised, able to manage a varied workload and communicate clearly with colleagues across the business.</p>

<p>You will bring a collaborative and flexible approach, working effectively with HR, IT and wider stakeholders. A strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality is essential.</p>

<p>An HR qualification, or working towards one (such as CIPD Level 3), would be really&nbsp; beneficial.</p>

	<li>Managing and maintaining HR systems, including acting as administrator for the ATS (Eploy)</li>
	<li>Supporting recruitment activity and coordinating with hiring managers and agencies</li>
	<li>Producing and analysing people data and monthly reports</li>
	<li>Assisting with employee relations casework alongside senior HR colleagues</li>
	<li>Coordinating learning and development activity, including apprenticeships</li>
	<li>Supporting HR projects and group-wide initiatives</li>
	<li>Maintaining accurate documentation, systems and records</li>
