Our client, an award winning, high growth, engineering specialist is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join their team, reporting to the Talent Lead. You will be responsible for the hiring of a variety of roles across the Company and partner closely with the hiring managers to understand their priorities and help to execute the hiring process. The role is based in Mid-Kent but has flexibility to work from home.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the candidate lifecycle, to include sourcing and interviewing
- Creating and promoting employer brand to ensure they are seen as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with leaders to create attractive recruitment campaigns
- Filter applications and ensure applicants are updated at each stage of the process
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to build effective sourcing and closing strategies
- Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work towards minimising costs incurred and focussing on direct replacements
- Put candidate experience at the forefront of everything you do, always thinking of ways to improve
- Creation of talent pool and pipeline
Experience required:
- Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and an ATS
- Demonstratable experience within a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus and the ability to quickly build strong, and effective, working relationships.
- Possesses a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
