Exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Officer. Reporting into the Senior Talent Advisor and supporting the TA team in resourcing high calibre candidates while being an effective and efficient recruitment service. The role is responsible for delivering the proactive recruitment service across all service areas. The role holder is required to have the ability to identify and coordinate the acquisition of great talent through managing high volume recruitment campaigns ensuring that the best quality candidates are recruited. This role is based in East Kent with some travel to other sites and has a hybrid working model. 

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the candidate journey and experience
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Booking in candidates to assessment centres
  • Creating job offers
  • Managing high volume campaigns and supporting the attraction strategy
  • Being the point of contact for candidate queries 

 

Experience required:

  • Prior recruitment experience either in-house or in an agency environment
  • Experience managing a varied and demanding workload
  • Experience and or knowledge of the legal requirements for right to work checks and the assessment of DBS
