Job: Talent Officer
Location: East Kent / Hybrid

Sirius Search are partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organisation, underpinned by a skilled and experienced workforce with a clear commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for the individuals and communities it supports, to appoint a Talent Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site environment.
This is a hands-on role within a collaborative People team, responsible for delivering a smooth and efficient recruitment process across a range of roles.
You will manage the full hiring cycle, including advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, issuing offers, and overseeing onboarding and compliance checks. You will also support managers with workforce planning and ensure accurate data management across recruitment systems.
Key experience required:
- End-to-end recruitment or HR experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good understanding of recruitment best practice and HR legislation
- Experience using ATS/HR systems (desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
