Our Client, award-winning, growing, Engineering business is looking for UK / International Talent Lead responsible for hiring a variety of roles across the Company. You’ll partner closely with the leaders of their people to understand their priorities, help them design and execute successful hiring processes and bring in diverse candidates who will live and breathe their values.

 

Your role responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the candidate lifecycle, to include sourcing and interviewing across your designated area
  • Working closely with UK / International Talent Lead, creating and promoting the employer brand to ensure our Client is seen as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate with designated leaders to create attractive recruitment campaigns
  • Filter applications and ensure applicants are updated at each stage of the process
  • Continuously review processes, ensuring best practice with candidate experience at the forefront of mind
  • Partner with your hiring managers and stakeholders to build effective sourcing and closing strategies
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work towards minimising costs incurred and focussing on direct replacements
  • Put candidate experience at the forefront of everything you do, always thinking of ways to improve
  • Creation of talent pool and pipeline to reduce our time to hire
  • Work with leaders to identify internal talent and build succession plans
  • It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and an ATS
  • Demonstratable experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge within the construction industry
  • Self motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to quickly build strong, and effective, working relationships.
