HYBRID working – 3 days in the office


The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Utilise Boolean search techniques, specialised tools, and diverse channels to build and nurture a robust talent pool for current and future needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Utilise behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Utilise diverse channels to map, identify, & build a talent pool of potential future candidates within the market.
  • Provide market insights to hiring teams to facilitate informed decision-making in the recruitment process
  • Develop & implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Contribute to building a workplace culture that celebrates differences and fosters belonging for all employees
  • Enhance & promote the brand though posting on various channels.
