Our client, a fast growth, prominent business with a collaborative culture and a large, supportive HR/TA team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of the talent acquisition activities to ensure the best talent is attracted. You will be required to provide full 360 recruitment support and business partnering/guidance to managers and key stakeholders, providing a robust approach to proactively identify ways of improving the service. The role is based in West Midlands but offers flexible hybrid working.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for all levels and seniority of vacancies up to but excluding executives
  • Provide expert guidance on the talent acquisition lifecycle to the business, advising managers of best practice, appropriate sourcing strategies, market conditions and talent attraction
  • Provide professional support and guidance to line managers at all stages of the recruitment process including the creation of robust and accurate, job descriptions, salary benchmarking, interview and selection techniques, offers of employment and contracts etc
  • Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to understand resourcing and talent needs and to assess risks and opportunities associated with these needs
  • Work in conjunction with the HR Business Partners and hiring manager to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and then uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity
  • Use the full spectrum of social media recruitment strategies, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter and other forms to attract best in class candidates
  • Support on implementing employer branding strategies to raise company profile and to become an employer of choice amongst their sector
  • Involvement in the development and operational aspects of a graduate scheme and school leaver programme
  • Establish and maintain relationships with diverse professional organisations in order to attract and recruit candidates from non-standard sources.

 

Skills required:

  • Previous experience of 360-degree, end to end recruitment
  • Experience in recruiting for management, specialist positions and across a central services function highly desirable
  • Ability to business partner with Managers and internal stakeholders
  • Recruiters with agency experience will be considered if they can demonstrate the ability to use and adapt their experience to meet the criteria of internal business partnering aspects of the role
