Do you have hands-on experience working in an operational recruitment advisory role or in-house environment? You will be working in a supportive Recruitment team of 6 and will support hiring managers through their recruitment and selection. You will build successful relationships with stakeholders and gain understanding of your business area to add value and achieve recruitment performance.
This Recruitment Advisor role offers Hybrid / Agile working - max 2 days in office
The Recruitment Advisor's responsibilities include:
- Supporting in the ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for your business areas focusing on delivery, accuracy and timely execution of tasks and outcomes whilst following alignment with all required policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the use of innovative direct resourcing solutions to meet organisational recruitment needs, considering a range of diverse and on-line channels including social platforms and professional networks.
- Contributing to the design of creative advertising campaigns to enhance candidate attraction with a particular focus on operational, administrative and front line roles.
- Working closely with the Recruitment Partners on appropriate resourcing strategies to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Using and ensuring that the applicant tracking system is correctly and effectively used, proposing system improvements as required.
- Supporting and facilitating the review of job applications and adverts to identify high-potential candidates.
- Enhancing our external and internal employer brand on social media platforms and internal intranet.
- Participating and attending regular networking events, job fairs and candidate forums.
- Supporting in the tracking and provision of relevant and up to date management information and KPIs for your client areas and as required.
- Supporting in the co-ordination and scheduling of shortlisting, interviews, assessment centres with candidates and hiring managers when required.
- As part of the People & Culture Team, working with the business to support the delivery of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing agenda.
