Learning and Development Advisor - Mid Kent

Do you have a passion for Learning delivery? Can you use a wide range of learning techniques (facilitation, coaching, training delivery and feedback) to ensure learning is meaningful, impactful and embedded into day-to-day practice? You will be a ambassador for learning across this values lead business delivery a broad range of learning solutions. You will collaborate with wider Learning team to design, deliver, develop and evaluate learning interventions.

This Learning & Development Advisor role offers Hybrid working + Excellent Bens

As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will:

• Delivering training and other learning activity, including systems training to support colleagues develop the skills and knowledge they need to deliver in their day to day roles and increase capability
• Working collaboratively with the L&C team on the design of learning solutions that deliver a blended approach, that embeds our culture and enhances the Academy offer
• Using a wide range of learning techniques (facilitation, coaching, feedback and training delivery) to ensure learning is meaningful, impactful and embedded into day to day practice
• Ensuring learning activity is evaluated, putting in place mechanisms for continuous improvement
• Gathering and recording feedback from colleagues during the delivery of your role to feed into the development of the Academy offer and provide insight to the Director of L&C
• Being a Learning Ambassador for Southern Housing, acting as a champion for our learning culture
• Engaging in project work as needed to support the development of the learning culture and the Academy
