Internal Recruiter - London

Our client, a well known, customer focussed, and fast-paced business is looking for a an Internal Recruiter to join their team, reporting to the Recruitment Manager. You will be responsible for working with the recruitment team to fill vacancies within the company and helping to support both the business and the Recruitment department.

Office location - London City

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Recruitment Manager to fill all internal vacancies within the Company 
• Liaising with candidates applying for roles 
• Headhunt candidates for more complex roles 
• Candidate screening 
• Assisting with interviews 
• Coordinating and running assessment days 

Experience required:

• 1+ years experience in either a recruitment or internal TA role
• Ability to build relationships 
• Able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
• Tech savvy
