HR Officer - West Kent

This HR Officer role is based in West Kent and offers Hybrid working

HR Officer Role and Responsibilities:

• ER case management, absence management
• Supporting on TUPE transfers
• Advertise and manage job vacancies
• Assist with Payroll Queries if the Payroll team are unavailable.
• Confirmation of Earnings letters and references.
• Forming and maintaining employee and candidate records
• Reporting on HR metrics, such as company turnover, cost of recruitment
• Support with designing and updating job descriptions
• Update and control the Induction and training processes and compliance
• Keeping abreast of Employment Law/Legislation changes

Your previous experience in HR, employee relations and HR administration will give you an excellent springboard to make a success of this HR Officer role.
