Our client, a well known manufacturing company is looking for a HR Office Coordinator to join their team, reporting to the HR Manager. You will be responsible for the administration, organisation and smooth running of the office, providing an efficient and effective environment. This is a full time, office based role in Mid Kent.  


Role and Responsibilities:

  • To organise and provide an appropriate level of hospitality to all visitors
  • To act as the first point of contact for all communications, ensuring notices, TV’s and Facebook updates are managed on behalf of the Company
  • To provide general administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Managing office supplies, such as stationery and refreshments
  • Managing the mail to and from site
  • Scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives
  • Working with the HR team to run such events as the Talent Development Programme and the Inspiring Leadership Programme
  • To engage and participate in the continuous improvement culture of the Company. 

Experience required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines
  • Flexibility
  • Can confidently deal with people and situations
  • Previous experience in HR/Office Administrator role
