Newly created, exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic HR manager with focus on Engagement, this role is pivotal in bringing our Clients People and Culture Strategy to life which includes launch, leading on the key area of Employee Engagement and coordinating the progress delivery. You will report into the Director of HR and OD within this large, complex organisation.

Hybrid working


Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Lead on development and implementation of leading and innovative people practices, helping develop organisational efficiency and agility, improving employee satisfaction
  • Lead on and participate in strategic project work across broad range of HR and OD activities
  • Lead on and development of comprehensive set of performance metrics and reporting methodologies
  • Reviewing approach to employee engagement, leading on ensuring all voices are heard
  • Continuous improvement including horizon scanning, maintaining awareness of what is new or changing, making recommendations for improvements


Experience required:

  • MCIPD or equivalent 
  • Significant HR generalist experience including possibly some OD experience
  • Experience in large complex organisation
  • Experienced working on projects and initiatives and successful implementation
