HR and Training Administrator - Mid Kent

£24,500 - £27,500 (incl. South East location allowance) - Hybrid

Are you a supportive and effective Administrator able to work in a confidential manner with a good attention to detail? This could be the role for you! We are looking for an Administrator to provide support to an HR team of 6, working for a really interesting, forward-thinking business that invests in its people to impact the future.


A driving license is essential due to the location of offices in the Mid Kent area.


Hybrid working, 1 day at home will be offered and flexible start and leave times, 37.5 hours per week


As a HR Administrator, you will:

  • Supporting the HR & Training team with day to day administration and HRIS system maintenance
  • Generating weekly / monthly reports
  • Supporting with booking training courses with external providers
  • Supporting with booking travel requirements
  • Support with various / ad-hoc HR projects
  • General administration duties


What you will get:

  • Hours: 37.5, Mon to Friday, 8.30-5.30pm, different hours can be accommodated and Hybrid working

HR experience is not essential for this role. With your general administration experience, ability to work in a confidential manner and your attention to detail, you will prove an essential asset to this supportive HR team.
