Job: HR Advisor
Location: Mid Kent / Office Based
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 DOE
Do you have experience of cradle-to-grave HR and able to support the business for the whole employment lifecycle? Our Client is looking for an HR Advisor with energy, drive and a growth mindset, where you will have a genuine opportunity to develop your HR skills and gain experience across all areas of HR. You will provide valuable support for the smooth running of HR provision, under an HR Director, acting in an HR advisory capacity within this growing and dynamic business. You will either be ready to step into your first Advisor role or have previous experience at Advisor level.
What you will be doing as HR Advisor includes:
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including induction programs, internal training and career development conversations.
- Support on Rewards and Benefits administration
- Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records; produce routine people metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to culture and engagement activities, recognition programs, and initiatives.
- Assist with change management activities and internal communications during organisational changes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.

Your ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business and work in a fast-paced environment will ensure success in this HR Advisor role. You will have a strong foundation in HR and up to date knowledge of Employment Law. In this role, you will have scope and opportunity to develop your HR career, or you may want to bring your wealth of knowledge and experience to work at this level and simply enjoy the culture and adding value. Financial services or professional services experience is beneficial but not essential.
