Hybrid / Ashford Base (min 2 days in the office)

Permanent - Would look at Full-time or Part-time hours 3 or 4 days

 

HR Advisor responsibilities include:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues
  • Manage employee relations matters including investigations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR Policies, Procedures and Initiatives to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Create clear and effective communications and maintain accurate HR records ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
