Are you available at short notice? Do you have experience of using an HRIS and administering the whole employment lifecycle? Reporting to the People Support Manager, within the People Shared Services Team, you’ll provide a comprehensive, efficient, and customer-focused people administration service for your business areas.

 

These 2 HR Administrator roles are based in an office in Sittingbourne 2 days per week and working from home for 3 days. They will be for an initial 6 month contract basis.

 

As a HR Administrator, you will:

  • Manage incoming queries through a variety of channels ensuring accurate and timely responses at all times and escalating as appropriate

  • Ensuring that all requests have been correctly approved and are processed within the agreed timescales.
  • Effectively administrating and processing the following activities, ensuring relevant legislation is adhered to:
    • All employee life-cycle activities including on-boarding, pre-employment checks, induction, probation, absence administration, contractual changes, pay awards and bonus payments, leavers
    • Support with processing invoices as needed in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Ensuring data entry into people systems is accurate and timely and that data integrity is maintained throughout.
  • Supporting the monthly reconciliation of payroll adjustments for colleagues.
  • Supporting the People Support Manager with any relevant ad-hoc requests.
  • Providing note-taking support at employee meetings as required.
  • Supporting with collation of Management Information for reporting purposes as required.
  • Working in collaboration with the wider People & Culture Team to ensure all administrative processes are carried out effectively, efficiently and to agreed timescales, and that an excellent people service is provided to the business.
  • Delivering an excellent people service to colleagues, the business, residents and externally
