Head of HR - Mid Kent

We are currently working with our Kent based Client to recruit a Head of HR.

This role offers a very competitive salary, with one of the best pension schemes and holiday allowances in the market, a 35-hour working week, hybrid working and continued progression.

• In-depth HR generalist experience gained from a large, complex and unionised environments
• An individual well-versed in managing large strategic projects and change programmes, from conceptualisation, mapping out, working to critical timelines and through cultural change
• In-depth technical skills gained in HR service delivery, matching HR practice to business needs
• Successful  previous management experience of large teams in HR
• Experienced in using complex data to present to key stakeholders to make informed decisions
